Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy
Create SEO plans aligned with business goals.
Research keywords and competitors.
Build a roadmap for short-term and long-term growth.
On-Page SEO
Optimize website titles, meta tags, headers, and content.
Improve site speed, mobile experience, and user-friendliness.
Work with content writers to create keyword-optimized content.
Off-Page SEO
Build high-quality backlinks.
Manage guest posting and outreach campaigns.
Improve website authority and online reputation.
Technical SEO
Conduct regular website audits and fix issues (broken links, crawl errors, indexation).
Coordinate with developers to implement schema and better site structure.
Ensure Core Web Vitals and Google's technical guidelines are met.
Tracking & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to monitor performance.
Prepare regular SEO reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies.
Team & Collaboration
Guide and mentor SEO executives/interns.
Work closely with content, design, and development teams.
Collaborate with the paid marketing team for integrated growth.
Skills Required
3 years of proven experience in SEO.
Strong knowledge of
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
