Requirements and qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SEO Team Lead or similar role

• 3-4 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy

• 1-2 years of experience in client handling.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• In-depth SEO technical knowledge (architecture, latest SEO trends, CWV, latency, UI/UX, etc.) also practical knowledge of various SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrushand other online tools.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Team player - Should be able to handle a team of SEO Analyst

• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

• Experience with Social mediaand online advertising is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of the SEO analysts to drive business goals.

• Will be responsible for achieving targets in terms of organic leads/sales, search ranking, traffic, and off-page activities.

• Assign daily/weekly/monthly tasks and manage the quality of the work

• Developing detailed project plan and monitor performance (search visibility, traffic, quality of traffic, conversions, etc.) while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards.

• Act as a primary point of contact for any issues related to tasks, optimization, client queries, etc.

• Perform quality review check on deliveries to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Ensuring the monthly commitments are delivered as per client's expectation.

• Research and implement the latest search engine optimization recommendations and best practices.

• Inform team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
