Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Conduct regular competitor analysis and keyword research. Plan monthly SEO targets, traffic goals, and ranking improvements.

2. On-Page Optimization



Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, titles, and internal linking. Improve user experience (UX) and overall website performance. Ensure proper keyword placement, URL structure, and schema markup.

3. Off-Page Optimization



Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and digital PR activities. Manage link-building campaigns and partnerships. Monitor domain authority, referral traffic, and backlink profile health.

4. Technical SEO



Conduct regular site audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and performance issues. Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations. Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and core web vitals.

5. Content Strategy



Plan SEO-friendly content calendars with the content team. Guide writers on keyword integration, structure, and tone. Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy.

6. Analytics & Reporting



Monitor traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and SEO KPIs. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with insights and action plans.

7. Cross-Team Collaboration



Coordinate with marketing, design, development, and content teams. Support paid marketing (SEM) for better ROI alignment. Lead brainstorming sessions on digital growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. 3-6 years of proven experience in SEO management. Expertise in keyword research, link building, and technical SEO. Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and search engine trends. Proficiency with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog). Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation ability. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills



Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus point). Understanding of content marketing, SEM, and social media strategies. Ability to lead a small SEO/Content team.
