Role Overview:

HJ Real Estates is seeking a highly skilled and strategic

SEO Manager

to lead and scale our search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing data-driven SEO strategies, managing teams, and driving organic growth. You will play a key role in strengthening our digital footprint across global and local markets, with a strong focus on the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team

, ensuring seamless execution of SEO strategies and alignment with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive

SEO strategies

to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall visibility for HJ Real Estates' website and digital platforms. Conduct advanced

keyword research

, focusing on real estate trends, user intent, and UAE market-specific opportunities. Manage and optimize all aspects of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

, including meta tags, schema markup, site structure, internal linking, and page performance. Plan and execute

link-building strategies

to improve domain authority and search engine rankings. Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure

SEO best practices

are consistently applied across the website and content workflows. Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog

. Stay ahead of

SEO trends, algorithm updates

, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Prepare detailed

SEO performance reports

and present actionable insights to senior management. Align SEO strategy with broader

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience

, including

1-2 years of team leadership or managerial experience

. Strong expertise in

technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

, including full-site audits and optimization. Proficiency with leading SEO tools:

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

, etc. Good understanding of

HTML, CSS

Experience in real estate or property-related websites preferred.
