Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis & market trend research
Improve website performance (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability)
Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Track, analyze, and report on organic performance weekly/monthly
Fix technical issues: broken links, indexation problems, redirects
Monitor Google algorithm updates & maintain ranking stability
Lead client meetings and performance reviews, offering actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.
Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
Contribute to new business pitches and help expand the agency's client portfolio.
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in SEO
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Yoast / GSC / GA4
Ability to create keyword strategies & content plans
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools
