We are looking for a

results-oriented and highly skilled SEO Manager

to lead our SEO team and drive impactful organic growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership ability, and proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to plan, execute, and monitor multiple SEO campaigns. Develop and implement

comprehensive SEO strategies

to enhance organic visibility, rankings, and traffic. Conduct

keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

to align with campaign goals. Oversee all aspects of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

to ensure maximum website performance. Perform regular

technical audits

and collaborate with the development team to implement recommendations. Manage and execute

link-building and outreach campaigns

to improve domain authority. Monitor performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Stay up to date with

Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.

Prepare and present

weekly/monthly SEO performance reports

with actionable insights. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to achieve strategic SEO objectives. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in SEO, including at least

1 year in a managerial or leadership role

, preferably in a

digital marketing agency

. In-depth understanding of

search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.

Hands-on experience with tools such as

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

, and Google tools (

Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

). Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS

, and

CMS platforms

like WordPress. Strong

analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent

communication and team leadership abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
