Designation: SEO Lead

Location: Agra

Role Overview:

We're looking for a data-driven and hands-on SEO Lead to manage and scale the organic
growth of OswaalBooks.com
The ideal candidate should have expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, analytics,
and eCommerce optimization to drive measurable traffic and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all categories (CBSE, ISC, UPSC,

CUET, Olympiad, etc.).Conduct technical audits (crawl, indexation, site health, page speed) and coordinate fixes

with developers.Optimize on-page elements - titles, descriptions, schema, and internal linking for product

and blog pages.Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO campaigns. Track KPIs like organic traffic, keyword rankings, DA, and organic revenue. Collaborate with content and marketing teams for keyword-driven blogs and landing

pages.Mentor and manage SEO Executives to ensure timely task execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of hands-on SEO experience (eCommerce preferred). Strong command over Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices. Proficiency in keyword clustering, schema markup, and content optimization. Analytical mindset with ability to link SEO performance with business results. * Strong communication and leadership skills.
