SEO, Lead Generation Specialist

with expertise in SEO, Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing to build our online presence, attract qualified leads, and manage end-to-end digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities :



SEO (Search Engine Optimization):



Perform keyword research & competitor analysis.

Implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to boost rankings and organic traffic.

Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking.

Monitor and report SEO performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Improve rankings for 10-15 priority keywords and boost organic traffic by 25-30%.

Lead Generation:



Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to capture quality leads (email, LinkedIn, PPC ads, landing pages).

Build and optimize lead funnels for conversion.

Coordinate with sales to ensure lead quality and handover.

Maintain CRM and track lead performance.

Generate a minimum of 10-20 qualified leads per month (number to be finalized as per business goals).

Social Media Marketing (SMM):



Create and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand goals.

Run paid ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Track KPIs and deliver monthly growth reports.

Grow social media engagement by 30-40% and run at least 2 successful ad campaigns per platform.

Overall Digital Marketing Operations:



Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email, Content).

Manage ad budgets and optimize ROI.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.

Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

Probation Period & Performance Targets (First 3 Months)

Reporting:

Share weekly progress and monthly reports with insights and improvements.

Salary Structure :



Probation (3 Months):?10000 + project based commission (based on skills & experience). After 3 months, performance will be reviewed to decide permanent employment.

After Confirmation: ₹30,000 - ?40,000 per month (with scope for increments & incentives).

Requirements



2-5 years of experience in SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

Experience with social media ad managers (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Creative mindset + strategic execution skills.
