Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years
Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Specialist to join our team at San Innovation. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of SEO strategies, on-page & off-page optimization, and content planning to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies
Perform keyword research & competitor analysis
Optimize website content (On-Page SEO, meta tags, headings, content structure)
Manage Off-Page SEO, link building & backlinks
Conduct technical SEO audits and improvements
Track keyword rankings & monitor analytics (GSC, GA)
Prepare monthly performance reports
Work closely with content & development team
Required Skills
Proven SEO experience (3-5 years)
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest etc.)
Understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
Up-to-date with latest SEO trends & Google updates
Good communication & analytical skills
