About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

SEO Intern

who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. You will work closely with the SEO and content team to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and optimize on-page and off-page elements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

keyword research

using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Perform

on-page SEO

tasks including meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and URL structuring. Support in

off-page SEO activities

such as link building, directory submissions, social bookmarking, and outreach. Conduct

competitor analysis

and identify SEO opportunities. Track and analyze website traffic using tools like

Google Analytics

and

Search Console

. Optimize content for SEO and help with

content planning

when required. Monitor keyword rankings and prepare weekly performance reports. Assist in fixing technical SEO issues (basic level). Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of SEO concepts (On-page & Off-page). Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs -- not mandatory but preferred). Strong interest in digital marketing and search engine optimization. Good research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills. Any Digital Marketing or SEO certification (preferred but not mandatory).
