We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns (on-page and off-page), performing keyword research, monitoring analytics, and improving organic search results to increase web traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content for search engines.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to implement SEO best practices across websites and digital campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify content gaps or opportunities.
Track and report on SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
Google Analytics or HubSpot certification is a plus.
