Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Plan and run profitable Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
Optimize landing pages for both SEO and PPC performance
Collaborate with the content and design team for campaign execution
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Train and mentor junior SEO & PPC executives
Stay updated with the latest SEO & Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads
Strong knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team leadership experience is a big plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification (optional but preferred)
Agency background or client-facing experience
Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
