Prachar Craft is looking for a results-driven SEO and Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale organic and paid search campaigns across multiple industries. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution ability, and a clear focus on lead quality, ROI, and growth metrics. You will be responsible for increasing search visibility, reducing cost per lead, improving conversion rates, and delivering measurable outcomes for client brands. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for local, national, and service-based businesses Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping Optimize on page elements including meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and schema Improve local SEO performance including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion performance Collaborate with content and design teams for SEO friendly creatives and landing pages Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers Google Ads (Paid Search & Display) Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns Write high-converting ad copies aligned with user intent and business objectives Optimize bidding strategies, quality scores, CTR, and conversion rates Manage budgets efficiently to achieve optimal cost per lead and ROAS Implement conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager setups Run A B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting Generate performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, keyword planning, and bidding strategies Proven experience with local SEO and lead generation campaigns Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
