Growth Marketing Executive (SEO & Google Ads Expert)
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic SEO practices, performance-driven Google Ads campaigns, and data-backed marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Plan, launch, and manage
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) to maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
.
Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop SEO-friendly content and marketing assets.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Identify opportunities for growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, funnels, retargeting campaigns).
Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support overall business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of hands-on experience
in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
Proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO & paid ads.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of
CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
