Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
Optimize on-page SEO: metadata, headers, URL structure, internal linking, keyword mapping, and content optimization.
Manage technical SEO: site audits, crawlability, indexability, page speed, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
Create and execute off-page strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
Content & Website Optimization
Work with the content team to guide SEO-friendly content creation.
Provide recommendations for landing pages, blogs, and website improvements.
Monitor and improve site UX, session duration, bounce rate, and conversion paths.
Coordination with Media & Ads Team
Align SEO strategies with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for unified campaigns.
Share keyword insights to support ad targeting and campaign optimization.
Analyze performance of SEO + paid campaigns together and recommend improvements.
Support landing page optimization (A/B testing, CTA improvement, audience journey enhancement).
Reporting & Analytics
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for monitoring performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
Track KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI impact.
Identify gaps, trends, and actionable insights through continuous monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience improving website rankings and driving organic growth.
Ability to work closely with paid media teams and contribute to integrated campaigns.
