Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for B2B lead generation and conversion.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to reach high-intent business audiences and decision-makers.
Optimize on-page SEO elements like metadata, internal links, headings, and content structure.
Perform technical SEO audits to find and fix crawl, indexing, or site performance issues.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-optimized landing pages, blog posts, and resources that attract qualified leads.
Build and execute a link-building strategy to boost domain authority and lead acquisition.
Track and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead quality metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz. Develop SEO reports and insights to guide decisions and measure ROI. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends, applying best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, focusing on B2B lead generation.
Proven success in generating qualified B2B leads through organic search.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz).
Experience with keyword intent mapping, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, marketing funnels, and lead nurturing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus.
Familiarity with content marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and email nurturing workflows.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
