Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

SEO Executive

to lead and optimize our digital presence. The ideal candidate will not only work individually on SEO strategies but also manage a team of content writers and SEO executives while overseeing social media handling. The role requires exceptional English communication skills, client-handling expertise, and the ability to

start by 22nd November2025.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities in target markets (US and Europe).

Website Optimization

Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and images. Ensure technical SEO best practices, including site structure, crawlability, and mobile optimization.

Social Media Oversight

Collaborate with the social media team to enhance online visibility and engagement. Integrate social media strategies with SEO objectives.

Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify potential opportunities and threats. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused company. Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Excellent English communication and client-handling skills; fluency is a must. Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in organic traffic and rankings.

Job Conditions:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sector 142, Noida. Working hours are

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday

. Five-day workweek with flexibility for additional hours during peak project timelines.
