We are looking for a
data-driven, strategic, and growth-oriented SEO Executive
who can take ownership of search engine optimization initiatives and drive measurable impact on visibility, rankings, and client growth.
The Role:
As an
SEO Executive
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Embtel's digital growth strategies. You will manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to ensure our clients and in-house projects consistently achieve top search rankings and deliver ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and create targeted content strategies.
Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking for higher visibility.
Execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and recommend improvements in site performance, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce SEO-friendly assets.
Track, analyze, and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Monitor competitor strategies and industry updates to stay ahead of changes in algorithms and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on-site during night shifts at CCC, Zirakpur.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in digital marketing agencies or IT services companies.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development principles.
