detail-oriented SEO Specialist

who understands both

search engine optimisation and basic website management

. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working on

e-commerce and CMS-based websites

Key Responsibilities

Perform

on-page SEO

(meta tags, content optimisation, internal linking, URL structure) Execute

off-page SEO

activities (basic link building, directory submissions, outreach) Conduct

keyword research

and competitor analysis Manage and optimise websites built on

WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and E-Commerce platforms

Ensure basic

Technical SEO hygiene

(page speed, mobile optimisation, indexing issues) Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-aligned execution Monitor performance using tools like

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools

Prepare

weekly and monthly SEO performance reports

Identify and fix common SEO and website-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

SEO fundamentals

Practical experience managing websites on:

WordPress

Shopify

Wix

E-Commerce Websites

Understanding of

HTML basics

(meta tags, headings, alt text) Familiarity with SEO tools (any of the following): Google Search Console Google Analytics Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest (basic level) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail

Experience

0.5 - 2 years

of relevant SEO or website management experience preferred Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply
