Job Description

Take complete ownership of

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads

campaigns. Manage

end-to-end performance marketing campaigns

, from forecasting and planning to execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting, with a strong focus on

lead generation and ROI

. Ensure ongoing projects maintain

strong Google search rankings

and work towards improving organic visibility. Plan and implement strategies to

improve Google rankings

through SEO best practices. Conduct

on-page and off-page SEO analysis

for clients across multiple industries. Perform

keyword research

and continuously optimize paid and organic campaigns. Analyze and research

competitor advertising strategies, keywords, and backlinks

to create effective growth plans. Regularly optimize campaigns to improve

CTR, conversions, quality score, and cost efficiency

. Identify trends, insights, and audience behavior to optimize

budget allocation and campaign performance

. Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using

Google Analytics and other marketing tools

. Prepare detailed

performance and ROI reports

for internal teams and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in

digital marketing, search engine algorithms, paid media, and consumer behavior

, and recommend improvements accordingly.

Skills & Requirements

1+ years of proven experience

in managing PPC campaigns, especially on

Google Ads

. Strong understanding of

performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition

. Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

. Ability to manage and optimize

large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns

. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for

data-driven decision-making

. Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques. Ability to evaluate performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
