The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, analytical skills, and familiarity with popular SEO tools.
Key Responsibilities
Perform keyword research and support content optimization.
Optimize meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal linking.
Assist in creating SEO-friendly content with the content team.
Conduct basic technical SEO checks (broken links, indexing issues, speed).
Support link-building activities and outreach campaigns.
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Prepare simple weekly or monthly SEO reports.
Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Understanding of WordPress or similar CMS platforms (preferred).
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new SEO trends.
