3AM Healthcare is looking for a passionate and result-driven

SEO Executive

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least

1 year of hands-on experience in SEO

, with a strong understanding of

On-Page and Off-Page optimization

, along with practical experience in

SEO tools and Local SEO strategies

. The role involves improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting brand growth through effective search engine optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

On-Page SEO

activities including keyword research, meta tags optimization, URL structuring, internal linking, and content optimization. Manage

Off-Page SEO

strategies such as link building, outreach, directory submissions, bookmarking, and guest posting. Monitor website performance using

Google Analytics

and

Google Search Console

and generate regular performance reports. Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research using tools like

Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest

. Implement and manage

Local SEO

strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and location-based keyword targeting. Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues (in coordination with the development team). Support content and marketing campaigns with SEO best practices. Create basic visual creatives using

Canva

for blogs, social media, and promotional activities. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1+ year of experience

in SEO and digital marketing. Strong knowledge of

On-Page and Off-Page SEO

techniques. Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest

. Proven experience in

Local SEO

and Google Business Profile optimization. Basic knowledge of

Canva

for simple graphic design tasks. Understanding of keyword research, backlink analysis, and SEO reporting. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the

Healthcare or Pharma industry

is a plus. Basic understanding of technical SEO.
