Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Drive AI visibility by optimizing content and metadata for generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

Plan and execute local SEO strategies for teacher listings and city-based pages (programmatic SEO).

Perform detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and backlink audits.

Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to improve site structure, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.

Manage link-building campaigns, partnerships, and offline citations to improve domain authority.

Track and report performance metrics (traffic, visibility, DA/DR, backlinks, AI citations).

Experiment with new AI search optimization techniques and tools to stay ahead of SEO trends.

Build and manage SEO dashboards using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing with proven results in organic growth.

Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Knowledge of AI search visibility optimization (optimizing for LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

Experience with programmatic SEO (dynamic skill x city or course x location pages).

Proficiency with Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Understanding of schema markup, site indexing, and Core Web Vitals.

Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools (NeuronWriter, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse, Jasper, etc.).

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have

Experience in EdTech or Directory Platforms (TeacherOn, UrbanPro, JustDial, etc.).

Knowledge of local business listing SEO and offline reputation management.

Awareness of AI content discovery frameworks and entity-based SEO.

Basic knowledge of Next.js / Laravel environments for better SEO collaboration with developers.
