Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI SEO Specialist to drive advanced search visibility and brand growth across traditional and AI-driven search platforms. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SEO, Generative Search Optimization (GSO), and AI-powered visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude AI -- along with experience in Google Business optimization and AI-based content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimization. Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile to enhance regional visibility. Conduct keyword research, site audits, and link-building strategies.

AI & Generative Search Optimization:

Optimize brand presence for AI-driven search experiences (Google's Generative Search Experience, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.). Implement strategies for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI Visibility Optimization. Enhance content discoverability and recommendations within AI-powered search and chat interfaces.

Content & Marketing:

Collaborate with the content team to create AI-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content creation, keyword ideation, and campaign execution. Manage and optimize social media and AI content marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor rankings, impressions, and engagement across both traditional and AI search platforms. Provide actionable insights and growth reports for ongoing optimization.

Project & Client Management:

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to execute SEO and AI marketing strategies. Ensure timely project delivery, reporting, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in SEO, AI SEO, or Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of Google SEO algorithms, technical SEO, and Local SEO. Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, Claude, etc.). Familiarity with Google's Generative Search Experience (GSE) and Answer Engine Optimization. Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO, or similar. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in AI-powered brand optimization and recommendation systems. Hands-on experience in AI prompting, automation, or data-driven SEO workflows.
