Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
Perform ongoing SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema markup, internal linking).
Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Manage off-page SEO including link-building strategies and outreach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
Familiarity with technical SEO and site performance optimization.
Experience with international/multilingual SEO.
