A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products and services online. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company website, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website,
search engines).
Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics(GA4),
SEMrush, Search Console etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results.
SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase
organic search visibility and rankings.
PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with
followers, and analyze engagement metrics.
Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain
customer relationships, and drive conversions.
Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive
marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing (2-3 years or more preferred).
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing
platforms.
Strong understanding of analytics tools and how to interpret data.
Creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh marketing ideas.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.
Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is beneficial.
