As a young, flexible startup, we believe in connecting and collaborating outside the traditional office. For the right candidate, you will have the

exciting option to join our Founder/Core Team on occasional work trips/tours

for intense strategy sessions and team bonding.

Accommodation and basic travel expenses will be covered

during these periods. This is a unique way to integrate with the team and build strategy face-to-face while seeing new places. (Participation in travel is optional but highly encouraged for team integration.)

The Role: SEO Executive

We are looking for an SEO executive to take full ownership of our search engine optimization strategy and execution for Elaterz and our clients. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Research:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and market gap identification.

On-Page & Technical SEO:

Perform site audits, optimize site structure, improve page speed, manage schema markup, and ensure technical SEO best practices are met.

Content Optimization:

Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website copy, blog posts, and landing pages are fully optimized for target keywords and user intent.

Link Building:

Plan and execute effective outreach and link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.

Stay Updated:

Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies quickly.
What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven experience (1-3 years) executing successful SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.

Tool Proficiency:

Expertise in essential SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure as they relate to SEO.

Startup Mindset:

Highly motivated, resourceful, and thrives in an environment where you are expected to take initiative and problem-solve independently.

Excellent Communication:

Strong written English skills for effective communication with the remote team and potential travel partners.
