Role Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
core SEO fundamentals
(on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Hands-on experience with
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Understanding of
AIO (AI Optimization)
for AI-powered search and assistants
Knowledge of
VEO (Video Engine Optimization)
for platforms like YouTube and short-form video discovery
Experience optimizing content for
voice search and conversational queries
Ability to structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, and AI answers
Experience with keyword research, search intent mapping, and topic clustering
Understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO best practices
Ability to analyze data, track rankings, and optimize based on insights
Familiarity with SEO tools (Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Consistent, data-driven, and result-focused work ethic
Ability to collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams
