We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Executive
to manage and optimize our online sales channels (SEO). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, product listings, and digital sales analytics. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving revenue growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, order fulfilment, and customer service.
Monitor and optimise product visibility, ranking, and performance through SEO and keyword strategy.
Analyse sales data and generate regular performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment tracking, and returns handling.
Keep up with market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Handle customer queries and reviews across platforms to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce role or digital retail environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of product catalogue management, logistics, and digital marketing basics.
