Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented

SEO Executive

with 1-2 years of experience to lead our on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, results-driven, and understands both the strategic and technical aspects of SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis Optimize website content, headings, meta tags, and URLs Execute internal linking strategies and content optimization Manage backlink outreach and link-building activities

Technical SEO

Implement structured data/schema markup (rich snippets) Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals using tools like PageSpeed Insights Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and mobile usability issues Conduct regular technical SEO audits (sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, etc.) Optimize website architecture and URL structure for crawlability and indexing

Analysis & Reporting

Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and engagement metrics Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements Stay up to date with algorithm updates and SEO trends

Collaboration

Work with the content and dev teams to implement SEO best practices Support marketing campaigns by aligning SEO with content strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix Familiarity with schema implementation, lazy loading, image optimization, and minification techniques Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
