Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink building.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Proven track record of improving organic rankings and running successful ad campaigns.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot (optional but a plus).
