Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead our SEO strategy and drive organic growth for our online presence. As a Senior SEO Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing advanced SEO initiatives, optimizing website performance, and driving measurable results that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and industry trends, coupled with a proven track record of success in improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings across target keywords and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords, search trends, and content opportunities that align with our target audience and business goals. Lead on-page and off-page SEO optimization efforts, including meta tag optimization, content optimization, website architecture improvements, and technical SEO enhancements to maximize performance and user experience. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize SEO strategies and drive continuous improvement. Perform comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues, crawl errors, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with developers and webmasters to implement solutions and ensure website health and performance. Lead link building initiatives and outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and improve domain authority and search engine credibility. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments, and proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and drive sustainable growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to track SEO performance, communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and demonstrate the impact of SEO efforts on business metrics and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field. Advanced certifications in SEO or digital marketing are highly desirable. 1+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings for websites in competitive industries. Expertise in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar. Deep understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices, with hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decisions and optimizations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex SEO concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with experience in providing guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
