About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled

SEO Executive

who is equally strong in

content writing

and

link building outreach

. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who knows how to craft compelling emails, build genuine links, and write high-quality

human-generated

content -- no AI-written content will be accepted.

Applicants with prior in-house SEO experience at a product-based company will be given preference.

You should have proven experience in

white-hat link building strategies

and understand the nuances of SEO outreach, content marketing, and technical optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Link Building

Guest Post Outreach (finding prospects, writing personalized emails) Link Insertion Outreach Broken Link Building Resource Page Link Building Skyscraper Technique Scholarship Link Building Calming unlinked brand mentions into live backlinks

Content Writing (Manual Only - No AI content)

Write compelling blog posts and guest articles Create custom outreach messages and follow-ups Tailor email content based on target site and niche Rewrite and improve on existing content to boost SEO performance

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

Keyword Research & Mapping Competitor Analysis Anchor text planning Metadata optimization (Title, Meta Description) Internal linking strategies Content gap analysis

SEO Tools & Platforms You Should Know:

Screaming Frog Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest Google Search Console & Analytics Google Sheets / Excel for tracking & reporting Hunter.io / Instantly / Lemlist (or any email outreach tool) Surfer SEO / PageOptimizer Pro (for content optimization) Grammarly (for proofreading)

Bonus if Familiar With:

AI SEO Tools (for research & planning only, not content writing) ChatGPT for content structuring or ideation WordPress publishing & basic HTML

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in SEO outreach and content writing Clear written English with ability to write engaging, original content Strong research skills for identifying high-quality backlink opportunities Experience with various outreach strategies and tools Must have a

Windows laptop/desktop with 8GB+ RAM

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

What We Don't Want:

No use of AI-generated content No black-hat or spammy link-building tactics
