Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
Assist in keyword research and mapping for websites
Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking
Implement basic on-page SEO recommendations
Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-friendly pages
Technical SEO (Basic)
Assist in website audits using tools like Google Search Console and SEO tools
Identify basic technical issues such as broken links, page speed issues, indexing errors
Help with XML sitemap submissions and robots.txt checks
Content & SEO Support
Assist in optimizing blogs, landing pages, and website content
Ensure content follows SEO best practices
Maintain keyword tracking sheets and content calendars
Off-Page SEO
Support backlink building activities
Assist in listing submissions, citations, and outreach tasks
Monitor backlink profiles
Reporting & Analysis
Track keyword rankings and organic traffic
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
Monitor competitors and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tools
Good written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
