As an SEO Specialist at UniAthena, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across our digital properties. This role requires an experienced professional who can work independently to deliver results while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Support technical SEO audits and contribute to resolving basic site performance issues. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization. Help analyze competitor websites and prepare reports on market trends. Contribute to link-building activities under guidance from senior SEO team members. Assist in monitoring core web vitals, crawl issues, and mobile performance. Update SEO dashboards and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. Stay updated on SEO best practices, search engine updates, and industry trends. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support SEO requirements. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously learn SEO tools and techniques.


Skills & Qualifications:1 - 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (internship, project work, or certification preferred). Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Arefs (training will be provided if limited exposure). Understanding of website structures, HTML, and content management systems is a plus.
