Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to their websites. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
Technical SEO:
Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting search engine performance.
Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
Monitor and resolve website errors, redirects, and other technical issues.
Content Strategy and Optimization:
Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with client goals.
Provide recommendations for content creation, optimization, and distribution to maximize organic visibility.
Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and is optimized for target keywords.
Link Building:
Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
Identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO strategies continuously.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
Client Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Collaborate with other team members, including PPC specialists, social media managers, and content creators, to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital agency.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
