Role and Responsibilities

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies

Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive high-quality organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and align with Ditto's business goals and search engine updates (including AI-driven changes).

Conduct Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

Identify target keywords based on user intent and search trends, and analyze competitor content and strategy to uncover new opportunities in the insurance space.

Optimize On-Page & Technical SEO

Improve website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and semantic relevance; conduct technical audits to resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues

Manage Link Building & Off-Page SEO

Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and partnerships to strengthen domain authority and organic visibility.

Track Performance & Collaborate Across Teams

Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor SEO performance, generate reports, and work closely with content and tech teams to ensure consistent SEO alignment.

Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in SEO Development of SEO strategies, consulting and executing SEO tactics, as well as development of training programs for our clients to allow them ongoing success in natural search marketing. Understanding and adherence to search engine algorithms, shifts, requirements, and AI affecting organic reach. Keyword research strategies (terms, head/tail, user intent, etc) Site structure analysis, navigation, page construction and additional site audits Recommendations for optimal search engine friendliness & indexing On-page optimisation including content development strategies supported by professional copywriting (meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance, etc) Link-building strategies and execution Should understand Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs data Client reporting, analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics for client evaluation Closely work with the Content team to plan high-quality content for the website.

Our Interview Process
