Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Optimize web pages (meta tags, headers, URLs, internal links, image alt text, schema markup, etc.) for on-page SEO. Build and manage backlinks through outreach, guest posting, content partnerships, and relationship building. Analyze backlink profiles, monitor link quality, and disavow toxic links when necessary. Use AI-driven insights and tools to enhance SEO strategies (e.g., AI content optimization, generative SEO, predictive keyword modeling). Stay up to date with the latest Google search algorithm updates (e.g. core updates, page experience, E-E-A-T) and apply changes to SEO tactics. Work with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into workflows. Track, measure, and report on SEO performance (organic traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Provide SEO recommendations to improve website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Experiment with emerging search trends (e.g. voice search, generative AI, AI-powered SERP features) and implement new strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). Strong understanding of backlinking strategies, domain authority, and link quality. Familiarity with AI tools for SEO: content generators, AI-powered SEO platforms, predictive keyword tools, etc. Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices, including page experience, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T. Experience with SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure. Analytical mindset: ability to interpret SEO data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends.
