About the Role

UpCodo Digital is looking for a skilled and motivated

SEO Executive

with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in

on-page and off-page SEO

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, keyword research, and content optimization, along with the ability to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Experience working in a

digital agency environment

will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

on-page SEO

activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structure improvements Manage

off-page SEO

tasks such as link building, outreach, guest posting, citations, and brand mentions Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Optimize website content to improve rankings, traffic, and user engagement Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and SEO performance metrics Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices Identify and fix technical SEO issues in coordination with the development team Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends Prepare regular SEO performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist Strong knowledge of

on-page and off-page SEO techniques

Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar

Good understanding of

keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization

Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms Basic understanding of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawl issues) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Prior experience working in a

digital marketing or SEO agency

Experience handling multiple client websites simultaneously Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
