About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented
SEO Executive
with
1-2 years of hands-on experience
in improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking.
Perform website audits and recommend improvements.
Optimize landing pages for better search visibility and user experience.
Off-Page SEO
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other link-building activities.
Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, article submissions, and profile creation.
Monitor backlink health and recommend improvements.
Technical SEO
Identify technical issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and mobile usability.
Coordinate with developers to fix technical SEO errors.
Work on Sitemap, Robots.txt, schema markup, canonical tags, etc.
Content Optimization
Collaborate with the content team to improve SEO-friendly content.
Optimize existing content to increase ranking and traffic.
Assist in creating topic ideas based on keyword research.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Prepare SEO reports and present ranking improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience
in SEO (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of
Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner
, and other SEO tools.
Understanding of latest search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
