Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic

SEO Executive / Specialist

to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage complete SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO). Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages to improve search rankings and user experience. Implement on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and content structuring. Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach. Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, site speed, and mobile optimization. Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions. Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices. Coordinate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

6 months to 5 years in SEO (agency experience is a plus). Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO concepts. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, and content optimization. Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
