Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage

posts, stories, and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube

Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

) Work with the design team to develop eye-catching visuals and creatives Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build brand awareness Analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize campaigns. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with industry trends, hashtags, and best practices

Coordinate with the SEO and digital marketing team for content strategy

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred) Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Creative mindset and strong communication skills Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Knowledge of the PEB or construction industry is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
