About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven
SEO Executive
to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, site analysis, and content optimization to improve organic ranking and search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Uber suggest.
Optimize website pages including titles, meta descriptions, URL structure, header tags, alt tags, and schema markup.
Improve website architecture, internal linking, and page load speed.
Optimize content for search intent and SERP features.
Off-Page SEO
Develop backlink strategies including outreach, guest posting, broken link building, and citation building.
Monitor backlink quality and take corrective actions against toxic links.
Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, and link partnerships.
Technical SEO
Conduct regular website audits and fix crawl, indexing, robots.txt, XML sitemap, and canonical issues.
Understand website performance, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical improvements.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and ROI metrics.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in SEO with visible ranking and traffic improvement results.
Strong understanding of Google Algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with content writing and SEO-optimized blog/article creation.
Knowledge of Google Ads & Social Media Marketing (bonus).
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Attention to detail and continuous learning mindset.
