Role Overview:

CARE 24 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive to manage and enhance the company's organic presence on Google. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO, backlink generation, and keyword research, along with the ability to coordinate with content teams to drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies. Plan and implement effective backlink generation activities. Handle and improve the organic search performance on Google. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and updates. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and generate performance reports. Support basic social media content optimization (preferred). Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions to improve rankings and traffic.

Required Skills & Competencies:

? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

? High level of attention to detail.

? Good verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

? Understanding of Google algorithms, search trends, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / IT preferred). 1-2 years of relevant SEO experience. Basic knowledge of social media content and optimization is an advantage.
