We are hiring a

Senior Team Lead - Digital Marketing

who can take full ownership of digital campaigns, team coordination, and client management. This role requires a strong background in

SEO, link building, technical SEO, and content writing

, along with the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients.

who can lead with confidence, manage client expectations, and drive performance through well-executed digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple projects Handle regular communication with clients, including weekly/monthly update calls Plan and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) Develop and manage link building campaigns with a focus on quality Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation Supervise and contribute to content writing, editing, and optimization Manage websites and landing pages using WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console Stay updated with current SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Proven experience with link building, keyword research, and content strategy Working knowledge of CMS platforms including WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience leading teams and managing multiple client accounts Female candidates only (based on internal diversity goals)
