About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

Performance Marketing & SEO Executive

to manage and grow our

E-commerce presence across multiple platforms

. This role requires a mix of

SEO expertise, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and marketplace management (Amazon India & International, Etsy, eBay, Meesho, Blinkit)

. You will be responsible for driving

traffic, conversions, and revenue growth

through both organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

Develop and implement

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

. Optimize

E-commerce product listings, categories, and landing pages

. Conduct

keyword research & competitor analysis

. Monitor website performance using

Google Analytics & Search Console

.

Paid Ads Management

Plan, run, and optimize

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing)

. Manage

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)

for brand awareness and sales. Optimize ad spends for

ROI and conversion rate improvements

.

Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize product listings on

Amazon India & International

. Handle campaigns and listings on

Etsy, eBay, Meesho, Blinkit

. Monitor rankings, conversions, and ad campaigns across marketplaces. Coordinate with content/design team for

product images, descriptions, and creatives

.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance KPIs across SEO, Ads, and marketplaces. Generate weekly/monthly reports on

traffic, ROI, conversions, and ad spend efficiency

. Suggest data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field

. 1-3 years of experience in

SEO + Paid Ads + E-commerce marketplace management

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central

. Familiarity with

E-commerce SEO tools

(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Flipkart, etc.). Hands-on experience with

Amazon PPC campaigns

and international marketplaces. Ability to manage

multi-channel campaigns

and optimize for ROI. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
