SEO Management

Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, and content for search engines Use keywords relevant to ethnic wear (e.g., bridal lehenga, festive saree, etc.) Improve website structure and page speed (with developer help if needed) Track traffic using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
2.

Cataloging

Add new products with SEO-optimized titles and detailed descriptions Upload high-quality images and categorize products correctly Update out-of-stock items, prices, and product info regularly Coordinate with the photographer or editor for catalog images
3.

Customer Relations

Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, emails, and website queries Help with sizing, product recommendations, order tracking Handle returns, exchanges, and ensure positive reviews Maintain a CRM sheet for follow-ups and VIP customers
