Role Overview:

We are hiring a

Senior SEO Specialist

to take full ownership of our company's in-house website SEO. This role is not for client servicing but to

grow our own digital presence, rankings, and organic traffic

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement

SEO strategies

to improve search engine visibility for company websites. Manage

on-page SEO

(meta tags, content optimization, site structure, internal linking). Execute

off-page SEO

activities to build high-quality backlinks. Conduct

keyword research & competitor analysis

. Perform

technical SEO audits

(page speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization). Work with the

content & development team

to ensure SEO best practices. Monitor SEO performance using

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

, etc.

Requirements:

3-4 years of strong

SEO experience

(preferably with in-house company websites). Proficiency in

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

. Hands-on experience with

SEO tools

(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, WordPress/CMS

is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
