Job Summary

We are looking for a

result-driven SEO Executive

with

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience

to manage and optimize our website(s) for higher search engine rankings, organic traffic growth, and improved visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

on-page SEO

optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking). Conduct

keyword research

and competitor analysis. Execute

off-page SEO

strategies including link building and outreach. Optimize website content for

search intent and ranking

. Monitor website performance using

Google Analytics and Google Search Console

. Fix basic

technical SEO issues

(indexing, crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability). Optimize content for

Google Discover and featured snippets

. Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO implementation. Track, analyze, and report SEO performance and traffic growth. Stay updated with

Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience

as an SEO Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

. Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner

. Familiarity with

SEO tools

like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog. Good understanding of

HTML basics

, meta tags, schema, and internal linking. Experience in

content optimization and blog SEO

. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with

news, content, or media websites

. Knowledge of

local SEO

and Google Business Profile optimization. Understanding of

Core Web Vitals

and page speed optimization. Basic knowledge of

WordPress CMS

. Experience with

AI tools for SEO

(ChatGPT, Surfer, etc.).

Soft Skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Continuous learning attitude.
