SEO & SEM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven

SEO & SEM Specialist

to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic search visibility, driving website traffic, improving search rankings, and executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Ads) to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for better visibility. Plan, execute, and monitor SEM/PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display, YouTube, etc.). Track, analyze, and report on SEO/SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions). Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and trends. Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues. Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role. Strong knowledge of

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog

or equivalent tools. Hands-on experience with

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

. Expertise in

PPC campaign management

(Google Ads, Display, Remarketing). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
